Comments from our test riders:
Beginner Road Cyclist: I would not like to do this ride on the weekend when there is a lot of motorized traffic. This ride would be a better option to do with a group once I feel more comfortable in traffic.
Intermediate Road Cyclist: I prefer to do this extension on the weekdays or early morning on a weekend
Expert Road Cyclist: This is a great addition to the Brown Lowery Millarville Loop with a good road surface and love those hills!
What to expect from this ride
This optional extension to the Brown Lowery to Millarville Loop has been added in with the caveat that you should only do this in the early morning on a weekend or on a weekday since there is not much of a shoulder and quite a bit of traffic is funneled down the 762 from Bragg Creek. If you are an experienced cyclist, this does not apply but consider going with a friend and wear your florescent vest.
This section of road has great pavement and sweeps through the hills and valleys in a very entertaining manner. Please ride single file as the signage indicates so that there will not be any altercations.
